Tricia Cornell is the Chief Creative and Product Officer at Rethink Compliance LLC (Rethink). She leads the creation of engaging training and communications content for compliance departments in national and global companies, from the Fortune 100 to small businesses, nonprofits, and start-ups. She helps compliance professionals build strategic communications campaigns and long-term programs based on sound audience insights, the creative use of modern tools, and a deep knowledge of an organization’s unique message. Tricia’s work proves that to tell stories that change minds, you have to start with the audience; only when you know what they want, need, and care about can you reach them with your message.

Tricia brings more than two decades of communications and content strategy experience to Rethink. She began her career in journalism, leading a magazine and publishing four books before making the move into advertising and social media strategy. She has created effective and innovative digital campaigns for a variety of national and global clients, winning numerous national advertising and marketing awards, including the American Advertising Awards, Mashies, Webbys, In2 Sabre Awards, and the OMMA (Online Media, Marketing and Advertising) Awards.
