Patti Caswell is Chief Growth Officer & Head of Client Services at Rethink Compliance LLC (Rethink). She has more than 20 years of client service and relationship management experience in the ethics and compliance training industry.

For Rethink Compliance, Patti manages a group of Senior Client Services Directors who are responsible for working with Rethink’s clients to ensure the successful execution of their program goals. Patti also focuses on nurturing and growing client relationships inservice to a wide range of national and global organizations committed to empowered compliance.

Prior to joining Rethink, Patti worked at SAI Global (now SAI360) and Integrity Interactive supporting companies of all industries and sizes to ensure successful implementations of their global ethics and compliance training programs.
