Here at Rethink Compliance, as the #metoo stories broke last year, it became obvious our clients would need a new way to address workplace harassment.

So we read and listened. We talked with compliance and HR leaders at some of the world’s leading companies. We researched what actually works to change the culture around harassment. Then we launched our Rethink Harassment Toolkit.

We're really proud of our toolkit and the results we've gotten. But more importantly, we're encouraged by all the companies who have taken the opportunity to step up and change the conversation around workplace harassment, whatever solution they're using.
